Some pics taken at noon today behind the Islander. Absolutely no evidence of oil or tarballs.

Talked to the beach chair guy (Elliot). He said his folks found a few dime-sized tarballs on other nearby beaches (both to the west and to the east), but nothing today. He also said there were a lot of DEP folks (Dept of Environmental Protection) around yesterday taking a look. My guess is that the beach cleaning service picked up any remaining remnants early this morning. (The service uses vehicles that "sift" the surface sand for trash).
